Making a backup copy of a management area

Procedure

Select File > Management area information from the menu bar.

The “Management area” screen is displayed.

Click the No. of the management area for which data backup is to be performed.

Click the [Backup] button.

The “Backup” dialog box is displayed.

Click here

Click the button on the right side of the backup destination text input box.

The “Browse for Folder” screen is displayed.

Select the folder and click the [OK] button.

Enter the save name for the management area and click the [OK] button.

A message is displayed.
